Don't even know where to start on this one. I am still waiting for orders from last year, when I requested a refund I was told the parcels are in my country but I'm still seating here waiting and lost a lot of money and no one seemed to care about that at Ali express. This is actual the second time I'm writing about the same orders here, no one ever responded to the first complaint. That shows how not the y value their customers at all.
