Products not received and refused refund

I've been waiting for months for 2 products I ordered last year from Rosalind official store and still have not recieved the products I keep disputing it to get my refund but I keep been told to be patient. I'm so sick of waiting for my refund clearly wat I ordered has vanished but a refund they refuse to give I would warn anyone do not order anything from this place or AliExpress im done with them now I don't get my product or a refund ill never order a thing again from them I'm so angry pls be careful who u order from
