Poor Service

paid for article and never arrived, requested Ali Express to investigate, but NEVER received any feedback, will never use them again. i even offered to pay for the article to be sent by courier, but nothing heard from them. Very disppointing experience, would have at least had an apology and feedback regarding non supply
