Pathetic - avoid at all costs - rather use Amazon or Takealot

Poor service - both items I ordered have not arrived and trying to contact them for follow up, you just get vague promises and promise to escalation and never hear anything again - they also don't do the effort to try get hold of the courier company to follow up - I paid customs already on my package and now those costs are lost as they won't refund customs.
