Pathetic Aliexpress Service **********

This seller Firstly, provided incorrect shipping details on the tracking after placing the order. I then sent a message to the seller with the correct shipping details. Many days later the seller contacted me to say there is a problem with shipping and that I should cancel the order for a refund, which I did. So I bought the same item from another supplier and requested a refund for this order but then then the seller came back to me saying the order has been shipped. Then a few days later the seller says I didn't pay. I am really disappointed and frustrated with this transaction and just want my money back. I am unable to contact the seller as the app says seller cannot receive my messages, why??? I feel like both the seller and aliexpress are de*****ing me and I want my money back immediately. The service sucks and I can't even call anyone to rectify this
