Not receiving goods

I have ordered a model car from them. Never received anything way past the estimate delivery date. They tell me it is at my local post office ready for collection but the post office has nothing. It was supposed to be delivered to my house. After numerous phone calls looking for this package everywhere i still haven't gotten it. They refuse to give a refund because according to them my package has been delivered to my local post office. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM! Never in my life have i ever struggled so much with getting my package from anywhere. They don't give the correct delivery dates. They don't deliver to you house as promised. They tell you to collect and they don't give you a location to do so. BAD BAD BAD service. They don't give you correct contact information to locate the package.
