Not keeping their promisses

I ordered a item 6 weeks ago and i still havnt received it. So i got a email from the courier Speedaf that they tried to contact me to deliver the item. They never tried to contact me. So i told this to aliexpress and they said i must contact speedaf to re schedule a delivery date. So i tried to contact speedaf with no success, They dont answer emails or phonecalls. Now that i told this to aliexpress i asked for a refund. Then they tell me everytime to contact the courier for re schedule. This back and forth is going on now for 2 weeks everynight same story. I would also like to know why they get away with this everytime? Or can anyone start a bussiness and just take ppls money??
