NO SERVICE,EXPENSIVE DEFECTIVE MACHINE AND CANT GET A REFUND

Case No.***. Bought a dumpling machine , machine was defective and tried numerously to sent it back.AliExpress kept saying that i need to send the machine back. and i kept asking for a name, telephone number and address in order to send it back and now they closed the case because i didnt sent it back,,,,HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO SEND IT BACK WITHOUT THE INFORMATION>>> TOTAL UNEFFICIENT AND ROBOTIC AI answer and now sitting with a machine that does not work and lost a lot of money... will never recommend ALiexpress EVER
