No refund received

I purchased a tracksuit on the 23rd August from AliExpress. The supplier never made the shipping in time so I was sent a refund which was processed by the 30th August. It's been almost 22 working days and my refund has still not yet been received. I'm not sure if its my bank or AliExpress but I have not received my refund and it's a whole R700 that I have not recieved!!
