No refund

I ordered hair from Aliexpress- WiGirl. I was not happy with the product, and requested for a refund but Aliexpress and WiGirl have been ignoring all the emails i have been sending to them since June.

It was my first time ordering from them and i don't see myself ever using Aliexpress again. They made first time and last time experience a trouble one.
