No refund

I would like to know how does someone else collect my stuff at kuilsriver post office that is not me.

The lady at the post office just told me some Zimbabwean lady collected an item today I ordered online. How is that even possible?

I am extremely upset about this. That person most probably have my banking details as well and order stuff online without my knowledge.

I want this resolved as soon as possible or else I will have to remove my AliExpress, because this **** is unacceptable. I will attach proof of this slip that was shown to me at the post office today from this lady collecting my stuff I ordered online. (Verease Store) Friday 5th July 2019,I received my order after how long with the pocket being broken of the jacket I ordered.
