No package received - No help from Aliexpress

<p>I bought a $13 item on Aliexpress and paid $65 for express delivery in order to have it delivered to my door by 6 Feb for my wifes birthday. My package was only dispatched by 9 Feb which is already to late for my wifes birthday, so I already didnt receive the express shipping that I paid for. Furthermore on the order page Aliexpress states I will get a full refund if the package is not delivered in 23 Days. On their tracking page it shows my package has not left China yet 34 days later, yet when I raised a dispute about this I got no help from Aliexpress, they told my my reason is invalid. So in summation;</p> <p>Aliexpress promised express delivery to my door by 6 Feb - I did not get that.</p> <p>Aliexpress promised a refund if I did not get my package delivered in 23 days - I did not get that.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I paid $78, got no package, and no help from Aliexpress!</p>
