No package or refund

After placing order waited months for package with delivery time being extended continuously. Then when delivery time expired, opened dispute. Aliexpress concluded no refund as it was delivered and signed for. They advised me to check with my family who signed for it. My delivery address is the post office, therefor that cannot be the case. Never received package or refund. Stay away unless you want to waste your money.
