No item No refunds Just money and time lost

This is the second time things that i order and pay for just don't arrived. On There chat site i just get the run around, of try this or try this By the end of chats i still am nowhere closer than finding my missing order. By the way this order was placed almost 3 months ago. and still nothing or a refund. This kind of messages i get back when tracking it After contacting the local Post Office there is item. Anyway to the post office that they send it to apparently its a 60km round trip I ordered it to be delivered to my address and payed for a courier to do so. (The tracking information shows that the package has arrived at your local post office and waited for your collection. We warmly suggest that you can contact the shipping company Customer Care Center and you will get this package as soon as possible.)
