No delivery of goods

Hi, Marissa here, I've ordered a lot of stuff at aliexpress and in the beginning it went well, but after my third or fourth order I never received any of the goods, I received keratin treatment, bikinis, makeup and jewelry but there was about R1000 worth of items that didn't come, I complained but nothing came until a year later I received earrings and nothing after that, its been a year and a half, I've tried complaining further but was unable to as you cannot continue complaining after a certain amount of time
