No Customer Service and Support

I bought an Ancel X6 diagnostic machine on Aliexpress from the seller Anceltech China. I did my reviews on the machine and all looked fine. After it arrived, i started to find that it did not do what the seller claimed. It did not work on the cars as stated by the seller Anceltech China. I have been struggling with support from the seller and Aliexpress, with no success. I wasted a lot of money on this machine and feel that i should be refunded for the False Advertising of the Ancel X6 machine. I am very, very disappointed. I was forced to buy a Launch X431 V-plus Diagnostic machine, as i have a very busy workshop.
