Never received the item and they refuse to refund me.

On the order I set the delivery address to my home address. They say it was delivered at my local post office, but there is no local post office anymore, there were two, but both has been closed permanently. Ali express refuse to pay my money back with all the evidence that was provided to them to say that we never got this item and still they refused to refund me. I will never recommend anyone to buy from them!
