More of a **** than a Business

I placed an order on October 1st for something inexpensive as an experiment. The tracking informed that it was delivered on November 10th. I went into the refund process and was asked to be a little more patient, which I agreed to. It is now the 16th December and my goods have still not been delivered and there is no update on tracking. When I tried to go back into the refund process it tells me that a solution has been reached. When I messaged the seller I only get an automated message telling me to be patient!
