I was ****med by this Vendor @ Aliexpress sold me sythentic hair, not even 30inch and the hair shedding all over my house. i communicated with the vendor regarding this issue and gave me option to choose from and option 4 he will pay full refund, but ill have to leave all five star positive feedback on Aliexpress first 26/08/2023. i did that with a hope that ill be refunded, cause all i wanted it was my money back. i sent a dispute to Aliexpress and quickly the Vendor told me to cancel the dispute because Aliexpress won't pay me. To this day 07/10/2023 no refund to my account and funny enough the Vendor ignores my massages and will reply to. the next day with laughing emoji or never replies. i've sent numerous massages to Aliexpress customer service, but with no help and they keep on saying the cant help me i have to talk to the vendor and the cant oppen a dispute the order is old. Aliepress customer service works hand in hand with the vendor they take thier sides no matter what. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR. I've been logging complaints since long and still they don't check such. they will reply on my email with help with refunding my money, instead telling me to talk to the vendor. why me must i talk to the ****mer that Aliepress is doing ***** Business with. This is teamwork between #Aliepress and #Graww Official Store. Many peaple are complaining about #Aliexpress Vendor's selling **** product and #Aliexpress is supporting them and taking their sides never fight for their customers.
