I ordered and paid for my hair on the 23rd of June. When I checked the website, there is no trace of the order, no order number, nothing. I cannot trace my order, I cannot complain to the website. When I submitted a report, I received an email stating I should file a report with the order number. I CANNOT TRACE THE ORDER NUMBER. IT IS NOT THERE!!!!!! How can the website not have any trace of the order? Why is it not appearing. I submitted proof of payment on the not so user friendly website. I have been ****med.

I would like AliExpress to check their records. I am infuriated, and disgusted by this. It is not my first time buying from AliExpress, never have I experienced this disgusting unprofessionalism. Fix this!!!!
