Item brought in May 2024 still not received

A leather jacket was bought in May 2024 and a message to go pick up the order at the post office was received in July 2024. Due to the email address being involved in sone ***** it was closed and I can't access it anymore. I have sent an email requesting that a reference list number be sent to an alternative email address which i have access to so that i can go collect my parcel. Todate i still haven't received the parcel nor gotten any assistance. It has been four months already waiting for the parcel.
