I placed an order valued R73

I placed an order valued R73.51 with AliExpress for 26 days ago. Some days later I received a notice from Speedaf & Meili to claim import duties of R69.70 not disclosed at the time of order. I objected to the seller and AliExpress. Their resolution response is short that the item will be returned to seller and I cannot claim a refund,. Nice little business that AliExpress have created - money for nothing. Pity there is not a star for theft and being a Chinese company not much that I can do about it.
