I lost $281 due to the sellers negligence

I place an order on Aliexpress with a store named Articat . When it reached customs in South Africa there was penalties because the supplier wrote the incorrect value of the order. I reached out to the seller but they didn’t even try to help me or meet me halfway. I reached out to Aliexpress Customer Service they promised to investigate the case but I’m still waiting for the resolution a year later. Right now when I check the update on my order it says I must resolve it with the seller. I lost $281 because of the sellers negligence. Aliexpress does not care about their customers!
