Hair Refund

Ohh what a bad experience I have this year. I bought a weave from this app only to be delivered something different from what I bought. I paid customs for this hair to be delivered to my home. Now I want to return the hair which will obviously be on the seller’s expense but the useless dispute team wants me to pay for the return and claims that I will be compensated of which I know I won’t because it has happened before. Ohhh what a ****ty app, after all this ordeal I’m deleting that ****ty app forever
