good not delivered

i ordered good on aliexpress last year in November from a store by the name of BEAUTY GRACE Official Store was suppose to get them within 7-14 days when they were not delivered i spoke to the supplier but was told to wait i tried to do a dispute however it was cancelled and was informed its invalid even today i have not got my goods
