********** transaction not addressed

I ordered a Mobility S****** this year through AliExpress. The S****** was to be supp**** by Chinese supplier called Little Fat Shop. An envelope arrived at the post office announcing that the item would be delivered within the next month. By the time I realised that this was not going to happen, the status on my order was registered as completed as the registered letter from the post office was stated as the delivery of the s******. When I contacted AliExpress to notify them of my concern that I had been de*****ed, they promised to look into the issue and arrange a refund of my payment of over R20 000! This never happened. I just received notification that the transaction had been closed and they were no longer liable. It seems to me that Little Fat Shop implemented stalling tactics so that AliExpress would close the transaction and would not take responsibility for the non-delivery. This has been most frustrating and disappointing and has made me reluctant to use them in the future.
