Fails to deliver and doesn't respond to my message

I purchased shoes online on Ali express and the first delivery was delivered in another country which I provided the correct address and the supplier didn't care to respond to my emails. Placed another order of the same shoes and when I track my order with DHL it says destination is in UK when I emailed the supplier they still don't respond
