Duty fees,no order received

I made my order on 17/10/2024, until today I haven't receivedThe expected date of delivery was between 16 & 21 November 2024,I received the duty fees amount on the 30/11/2024,Of which I was supposed to pay...I paid it immediately that was R104.25,from Logistek,On the 17/12/2024 Received another duty fees to pay R83.87, Yesterday I have received another duty fees to pay That is R71.22,How can I pay so many duty fees where's I haven't received the initial order. They keep on repeating one and same message... Kahle kahle we are taken for the ride!!! These people are ****mers!!!
