Don't go near them

I ordered a servo motor two months ago. It never arrived. I keep being told the item is stuck in customs and I must pay duty. I have had no notification to pay duty, the logistics provider, Mail Americas, does not reply. I went to Customs and they said they can not trace the package. They said I must go to the Main Post Office. I went to the Main Post Office and they told me the package is not even in South Africa. It is in some other country with Mail Americas.
