Disgusting service

I ordered more than 150 items on aliexpress 11.11 sale with the promise of getting $25 off in coupons. Please be advised that I had to log onto the website everyday to play for these coupons they were not just given to me. I sent aliexpress multiply messages on Facebook and on email during 11.11 as my order would not process I received one reply after a few hours which was not even an answer to my question. At the end with a few minutes left of the sale I had to buy my items individually as I was not given any help, this has resulted in huge credit card payments and I received no coupon disconts! I would not advise anyone to make a big order during an aliexpress 11.11 sale. I am disgusted that I was not helped by aliexpress and that service can be so **********!!
