Disgusted with the service of Ali express

I paid for items I bought online from Ali express in January 2020 and till this day I did not receive any of it it was about 6 items to the value of R 380. I tried emailing but no response I even wen on the live chat and gave my order nrs they say my order nr can not be found. I am really disappointed that I can not get the help I need from them, all.
