Complaint about my parcel

I bought my hair on the 30 much and I was expecting the parcel on May even now I don't get my parcel they keep quiet no email, no calls until I call them and tell me that I must go to the post office and collect it while I was expecting my parcel to be delivered at my current place now when I want there they demand 590 and focusing to give me my parcel
