CHEATED OUT OF MONEY BY ALIEXPRESS T&C's

Hi,

I purchased a RC remote control through Aliexpress at HobbyTown Store (store no. ********** ) in China on Jul. 10, 2017 (Order ID: ********** ********** ). The parcel was supposed to arrive 57 days later, which never did.

I contacted the store on Sept. 8, 2017 through the Aliexpress website and notified them that I hadn't received the parcel. They said they'll look into it and extend the protection.

I then went ahead and tracked the package on Package Radar (https://packageradar.com/courier/china-post/tracking/RF ********** 23CN) and noticed it was returned to sender. This is when everything started going wrong. I contacted the store 8 times thereafter and did not receive a single reply from them.

When trying to raise a dispute with Aliexpress I was notified that delivery had already been automatically confirmed by Aliexpress a few days earlier as per their standard T&C's and the only option which becomes available to choose from is to "ADD TO CHART" and basically purchase the item again?????

No way to contact a human at Aliexpress and explain the situation as everything is automated and any communication is handled through a Q&A system.

I hope that someone at Aliexress sees this review and takes the time to look into this as I feel cheated out of money by Aliexpress and HobbyTown Store.
