Buyer Protection Period last a Maximum of 75 Days

I bought from AliExpress since 2013. What I didn't know that their warranty didn't last a minimum of 1 year. Recently, I bought from them an Original Teclast X98 Plus II 9.7" IPS Retina 2048*1536 Dual Boot Quad Core Tablet Windows 10 Home + Android 5.1 Dual OS 4GB 64GB. This tablet lasted just 3 months until it ceased to operate. It never functioned properly. The battery lasted less than 1 hour. WiFi is only available in the IMMEDIATE vicinity of our Netgear D6300 modem/router. When I contacted their help centre, I was told that their buyer protection period last only a maximum of 75 days (15 days + 60 days). In the USA warranty for tablets lasts 1 year, in Europe it lasts for 2 years and in Australia a minimum of 1 year. Nevertheless, I received an email from ********** requesting me to supply them with "describe your issue and provide a video or picture that can show your issue clearly, we will process your case as soon as possible". I answered their email the next morning supplying them with 2 videos. The tablet broke down this morning entirely. Again I made another video of the tablet breaking down, which I supp**** today. Although I asked them to confirm receipt of the emails I sent them - allegedly they are working 24/7 - they failed to do so. So much for AliExpress! They just want your money. If your order ceases to operate after 3 months, you have a problem.
