This crowd is as *****ed as a dog's hind leg. Their appeal process is one sided, gives no explanations and they failed to prove that any sensible process was followed to adjudicate a dispute. On top of that their suppliers make changes to their listings after disputes and then use these changes to prove your claim is unfounded, and Aliexpress allows this! Avoid Aliexpress at all cost. Temu and Shein are a lot more reliable, fair and transparent, rather support them.
