Beware of Aliexpress

Beware as it turns out that the buyer insurance is worthless!! I made a number of online purchases that were delivered as per their orders but there was one that did not arrive. When I declared a dispute for a refund, I was told that period to lodge the dispute has lapsed even through the reminder message indicated that there are still 15 days left. I have lost about R2500 due to non delivery. Will not use them again.
