BAD SERVICE ALL ROUND

On the 4th of May 2023 I purchased a mini USB WiFi adaptor from AliExpress. With shipping and delivery I should have received it by the 23rd of June 2023. I then received an SMS from The Courier Guy stating I must pay R39 for delivery of the item. When I went into my banking app to make the payment Bestprogift and Top Toy Store took money as well from my account. When I queried a refund they tell me it is explained in the terms and conditions that the money is non-refundable. I never had any dealings with any of the organisations so I don't understand what terms and conditions they are talking about.
