Bad service

Online shopping isn't a bad thing, I swear... What's bad is when they take two months to deliver your package and still not get notified about it. Ive been told that out of 5 items that I ordered on the same day, only one has been shipped. Tell me about it, Ive been waiting for over a month now... Still no delivery. Why do these shops take advantage of their customers??
