Bad quality and bad Customer service

I got a “Original PD 20W Fast Charger For Apple iPhone 14 13 12 11” from Aliexpress which took 2 months to arrive when I used the charger on my iPhone and it did not fast charge as claimed and got very hot, I log a refund request which was declined twice which I find in contradiction to Aliexpress customer protection promises
