Bad company with bad service

I ordered an electronic scanning tool for car.the unit does not work.tried a dispute to get refund but they declined.no replacement either.they are selling Chinese ****p on this site.beware and stay away .I have ordered many items from them before and every electronic item was faulty or bad quality
