BAD BAD SERVICE

This will definitely be the last time ordering form this company. They refuse to refund me the item I haven't received due to the post office being in business rescue and closed for 3 weeks now. I phoned head office and they said the post office didn't pay the owner of the property and they locked the building. I have send them proof of articles and the phone number to confirm. They still refused. I feel this is unfair towards the customer as due to circumstances in this country, Courier option should be mandatory, but they dont give you that option on some items. Due to their stubborn attitude and lack of comminsence. I will never buy there again.
