Alixpress the ali baba and 40 *******

Horrible ******* they should call themselves ali baba and the 40 *******.

On the 2nd of December I purchased a product from alixpress, I made the payment online etc, order was created, a date for the expected delivery and tracking number was created, I waited a few days after the expected arrival date and went to the post office to query my delivery, they had no clue of my parcel. I contacted the Ali baba and 40 ******* to find out about my order, they response was they waiting for payment,,, like seriously ***, 1st how was the order despatched or created if I had not paid, 2nd I have proof of payment for the transaction made for the order.
