Aliexpress = WORST ON-LINE SERVICE

I placed an order on 27 August 2025 for a VW Tiguan R-Line (2017–2020) Car Front Towing Hook Cap and made the payment on the same day.

Despite several follow-ups through the AliExpress chat after the expected delivery date passed, I have still not received my order. Each time I reached out, I was promised that the package would be delivered, yet nothing has been received to date.

This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I have never encountered such poor service or lack of accountability from an online seller before
