AliExpress - they are *****s, ********s

I ordered a Laser engraver on AliExpress on Order placed on: Aug 12, 2025 I paid ZAR1,860.39 . . I got a message to pay duties to a delivery company called iMile as the parcel had arrived on 21Aug 2025 - I paid approximately ZAR 450 . . the parcel was delivered to me; and low and behold - it was a kids plastic handheld miniature MIRROR!!! . .

I advised AliExpress the incorrect parcel was sent to me - they asked for images - then they asked me to return it to aliExpress at an address in Hong Kong - I had to pay the Post Office to sent it back - ZAR 212.00 - I did that -

Now it's 11 October 2025 - Aliexpress closed the case and say that my appeal is rejected and the refund cannot be done -

THIS IS THEFT - they have ****** my money - when the item was only 1,860.39 , I eventually paid R 2510

I lost this money with no item - nothing

this company must be exposed for theft - they are ********s

|please take them to task and hold them accountable
