Aliexpress supports ***** and no refund and no answers to dispute will rather close dispute without being resolved or product delivery which you paid for

I ordered 2 foundations from aliexpress (Marukoi is the shop selling) in September 2019 it is no 5 months later almost end of Feb 2020 and still no product received. I have ooened a dispute and aliexpress just closed it with no reasonable answer towards my dispute and informed them that our post office also said there is no such tracking therefore i requested a refund an aliexpressed closed my dispute may i mention wothout resolving and made payment to Marukoi whom has not delivered my goods i have paid for. This is ********* and very disappointed i habe been a loyal and continuous cutsomer and never had a problem i have received goods orded a moth ago but not these from 5 months ago and Marukoi says dear please be pasient goods are on its way after a few messages and no reply that is all i get and the tracking on their link is last in octber 2019 intransit and it is in chinese. Aliexpress why do you pay a company that is clearly not delivering services paid for instead of your client their money back i would go as far as to say THIS IS *****ING and def. *****
