Aliexpress super bad service

I ordered items in January 2021. Till today I havent received any of my items. With back and front messaging to them we decided that a refund should be done. Not even that is happening. They just simply don't answer me anymore. I even whatsapp the direct person Fiona with following contact details. Email:*** Phone/Whatsapp:+***770. Please please help me, because I simply feel that they stole my money
