Aliexpress sells bad chinese products

Aliexpress sells bad chinese products worldwide.I had problems with many of their products.Lately i ordered a 30W 5v 3Amp solar panel from them(order:***3), their online adverti*****t looked good and i ordered the item.The item came late, then it could not deliver the power as advertised. i tested it with a usb tester and the unit only gave 0.4Amp.Aliexpress was shown photos of testing but they refuse to replace or refund my money.Stay Away from their cheap chinese products that does not work
