Aliexpress review - a total ****

A ****!!! Firstly they do not deliver to your address (I’m in South Africa). They said it’s at the Post Office, WHICH POST OFFICE? Short version - I did not receive my items from AliExpress. I requested a refund SEVERAL times and they deny it saying they need proof. How do I prove I never received my items???? So not only have I not recieved my items from aliexpress I also lost money.
