On 25 November 2022 I ordered a PS5 power supply from Aliexpress, the payment was made successfully and the funds have left my account and has since been in their account. It is now more than a month later and I still haven't received my parcel. Their complaints email inbox is full and they don't respond to any forms of communication whatsoever. Stay clear of this online retail store ****!
