AliExpress poor service delit

I ordered a product with them giving me a specified delivery date . Delivery never happened given me the total run around when I entered my tracking no with Canada Post their apparant delivery service the tracking no didn't exist not only that it was supposed to have been delivered to my home address . Absolutely shocking service I have now handed them over to the ***** squad I had no alternative
